(In my singing voice, :)) Let's start from the very beginning, a very good place to start....
Ok, so I love using my silicone cupcake liners. I am so happy I bought them! Here are some reasons you should use silicone cupcake liners.
Cleanup is Easy - All you have to do is place your silicone liners in hot soapy water. Not a lot of food is left behind, so all you have to do is wash and dry your liners.
Cost Effective - I don't know, but buying all those paper cupcake liners over and over started to add up. I decided to go with the silicone liners instead even if they cost a lot more up front. But you can use them over and over and they pay for themselves.
Performance - Is stupendous! They do not burn, cupcakes come out easy, and they are cool to the touch.

Why Buy Silicone Cupcake Mold
Ok, so I thought long and hard before buying these silicone cupcake molds. I looked at reviews, and did some research.
I knew I wanted high quality food grade silicone. Let me back up. When I worked at Subway we used these Silpat silicone liners for cookies and baking bread. They worked great and I loved them. Instead of having to spray the pan before putting the bread on, all you needed was these silpat liners. They lasted for a very long time with numerous uses and was easy to clean.
Easy To Clean
Now fast forward to today. I knew I wanted something of that quality. I read some reviews and watched some videos of California Kitchenware Butterfield Silicone Cupcake Molds and knew this was the one. So I gave them a try and have to say I love them. They are easy to clean, I don't need to spray them, my cupcakes, muffins, or chocolate candy comes out easily, and best of all they are cost effective.
Cost Effective
I used to spend at least a dollar and change every few months on paper liners. I thought if I made that initial investment up front of what I would pay for paper liners in a years time I would be saving money. So, I purchased those California Kitchenware Butterfield Silicone Cupcake Molds and I am not disappointed. So give them a try and remember do not grease them they work just fine the way they are. If you have bought these let us know your thoughts. Here's to many more baking sessions.

Silicone Cupcake Molds FAQS
Hi, I thought I should start off with a FAQS section. When I was searching for silicone cupcake molds, I was looking for silicone that is safe to use with food. I did a lot of searching and found one I was happy with and trusted.
What is silicone?
Silicone is a man made polymer that is kind of like plastic and is made of silicon and oxygen. Some characteristics of silicone are:
Low toxicity
Low chemical reactivity
Can stand a wide range of temperatures up to 500°F.
Does not stick (that's why I love this one. It has never stuck or burnt my food and I do not use cooking sprays on it.)
Silicone is not biodegradable but can be recycled.
Benifits of Silicone
Silicone is flexible, water resistant, odor resistant, and releases easily from your food. Easily clean with hot soapy water and is dishwasher safe.
Check out my review here. I love these silicone cupcake molds.
